ONE AND ONLY DOG FRIENDLY CARAVAN

3 bedroom pet friendly caravan idea family accommodation with allowing 2 dogs at know extra charge

Located  on Rowan field very close to club facilities on Hoburne Bashley Park.

The caravan has 1 double bedroom and 2 more bedroom with twin beds in each. A total of 4 singles.

Living area has huge seating area + dining. Excellent kitchen with double oven cooker and large fridge/freezer.

Fully equipped, and plenty of work space in the kitchen.

2 toilets and one with shower unit.

Central heated and double glazed.

Outside wrapround sundeck with gate. Table and  6 chairs which fit comfortably on the sundeck.

Lots of parking very close to caravan.

A 2 minute walk to the club house.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Club membership which allows your dogs in the club house while you eat and drink. A charge from £25.00 per night or 3 nights and up to 7 nights £50.00. You and your family bring up to 6 members of your family plus 2 dogs.

Linen hire: We provide the quilts, pillows and protectors, you need to bring the covers. Or hire a double at a cost of £14.00 and each singe bed £12.00. beds are then made up for your arrival.

DEPOSIT

You are required to pay a deposit for each caravan booked. All school holiday, bank holiday and the month of July require a deposit of £100.00. We don`t hold the full amount, we take off from your final balance £50.00 and your other £50.00 we return after your holiday. Deposits are for that you leave the caravan in good order with know damage or breakage.

Out of season. your deposit are £50.00 and returned after your holiday.

If you book within the 8 weeks of payment due date, we only take £50.00 deposit because you will be expected to pay the full balance.
